Vista Verde General Contracting is the building arm of the Vista Verde family of properties. Most of what we build, we keep, operate, and maintain ourselves. That standard carries into every job we take on.

Recent Work
A complete interior remodel in our own portfolio: new kitchen and bath, electrical and plumbing updates, mini-split HVAC, flooring, tile, and finish carpentry throughout. Taken down to clean bones and rebuilt for year-round occupancy.
It now operates as a booked short-stay rental. When the remodeler is also the owner and the operator, corners don't get cut. We're the ones who live with them.

What We Do
Kitchens, baths, and whole-interior turns. We keep the schedule tight and the dust contained, because we remodel our own units between guests.
Taking a shell or a dated floor plan to finished, occupiable space: layout, electrical and plumbing updates, HVAC, flooring, tile, and trim, carried through inspection.
Attached additions and accessory dwellings, carried from design and permitting through build-out. We run our own projects through Clallam County permitting, so we know the process firsthand.
Decks, fencing, drywall, doors and windows, and finish carpentry. The small jobs that keep a property sound, handled with the same paperwork discipline as the big ones.
How We Work
Every job runs the same four steps, whether it's a fence line or a full build.
We meet on site, measure, and listen. You'll know at the walkthrough whether the job is a fit, for both of us.
Scope, materials, price, and schedule on paper. No allowance games, no open-ended time and materials.
Clean site, steady crew, and a single point of contact. Any change gets priced and signed before the work happens.
We close the job the way we opened it: on site, together, with a punch list that actually gets punched.
The Family
Vista Verde is a Gonzalez family operation. We've lived on the Olympic Peninsula for a quarter century, and the properties we've remodeled here are the ones we still own, rent, and maintain today. Working on our own buildings taught us the habits that matter: pull the permit, do it right, finish the trim, stand behind it.
Now we bring those habits to work beyond our own fence lines.
